Varietal Wines

From organically farmed vines, our Sauvignon Blanc precisely expresses all the freshness and aromatic intensity of this grape variety. The nose reveals a lovely palette of floral notes, exotic fruit and lychee, with a delicate spicy touch. On the palate, it charms with its aromatic expression, freshness and finesse, and a long finish. An elegant, generous Sauvignon in which the fruit is balanced by the freshness of our Loire terroir.

Slide 1 of 1

Gilbert & Gaillard

Médaille d'Or

An absolute scythe of acidity and grassiness. You can almost hear it whistling through the air before it sweeps a clean, gleaming green slice through a thousand blades of grass. Even the sap seems to sting with the cut. Lime on lime. Strictly for acid freaks, but if you're an acid freak this will make your spine tingle. Brilliant wine to pair with ceviche!

Jancis Robinson

16/20

Grapefruit and lemon balm on the nose. Gently pungent but also rounded and ripe – like juicily sweet kiwi fruit served with a lemon-balm and lemongrass infusion. Really well-made, balanced, appetising. Enough body and yet also subtle enough to have with something like petits pois à la française (braised peas and lettuce with bacon and white wine).
