Three cuvées aged in French oak barrels
La Cour des Grands brings together three cuvées of character: a Chardonnay, a Sauvignon and a Cabernet-Merlot blend, to reveal another facet of the Loire terroir. Aged with precision in 225 and 500-litre French oak barrels, they gain in roundness, depth and complexity, while preserving the brightness of the fruit.
The Chardonnay blends freshness, fruit, blossom and toasted notes, while the organic Sauvignon gains in breadth and complexity. The red, a rich blend of Cabernet and Merlot, offers a supple palate with spicy and vanilla aromas. Demanding cuvées where time and oak reveal the full elegance of the fruit.
