Sauvignon
La Cour des Grands
From organically farmed Sauvignon vines, La Cour des Grands is a cuvée that reveals a fuller, more complex expression of the grape variety. After vinification, the wine is aged for one year in French oak barrels, gradually gaining depth, roundness and richness. The oak accompanies the wine with finesse, without masking its aromatic expression. The nose reveals a lovely palette of exotic fruit, flowers and delicate spicy, toasted notes. On the palate, the body is ample and generous, supported by precise freshness and a long, elegant finish. A Sauvignon with character, in which time and barrel ageing reveal another facet of the grape.
