Cabernet-Merlot

La Cour des Grands red is a blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, designed to express all the richness and depth of the Loire Valley's red grape varieties. After vinification, the cuvée is aged for one year in French oak barrels, which gradually guide its development and bring roundness, structure and complexity. On the nose, the wine reveals a lovely palette of ripe red and black fruit, blackcurrant and spice, enriched by delicate vanilla and toasty notes from the barrel ageing. On the palate, the Merlot brings generosity and suppleness, while the Cabernets give the wine freshness, structure and length. An elegant, generous red, where fruit, time and oak come together to reveal a cuvée of character.
