Pavillon

Muscadet

From an organically farmed plot, Pavillon du Haut Bourg is a Muscadet Côtes de Grandlieu Sur Lie that reveals all the finesse of its terroir. Planted on soils of red sand, gravel and small quartz pebbles, our vines give rise to a precise, luminous wine. Aging on fine lees brings body and depth while preserving lovely freshness. The nose reveals notes of citrus, white flowers and fresh fruit, with a subtle mineral expression. On the palate, the wine stands out for its roundness, finesse and saline finish. A precise, elegant terroir Muscadet that faithfully expresses the identity of Haut Bourg.

Ce vin bio, représentatif de ce millésime solaire, se révèle mûr et structuré, marqué par des notes de fruits jaunes et une touche florale. C'est un vin ample et intense en bouche, étiré et rafraîchi par des beaux amers en finale. Pour la table.

Decanter

90/100

Pretty nose of bruised white florals, stone fruit and a fine salinity on the palate.

17/20

A little smoky, a little creamy; maple-syrup notes rather than honey and a subtle but insistent lavender-like freshness through it all. As round and velvety as a ripe peach. There is a kind of shortbread richness and spicy density, without being sweet or spicy. Succulent finish flooded with juice and vibrant kumquat acidity.
