We are happy to announce our participation at Wine Paris & Vinexpo 2024. You will meet the brothers, Nicolas and Hervé Choblet, from 11 to 14 February at booth H3 C 025.

Our winery is situated in the heart of Muscadet Cotes de Grandlieu appellation, in Loire Valley, 17 km from the city center of Nantes. Also, less than 3h train ride from Paris. So, if you are looking for visiting the west coast of France, we would be pleased to welcome you to our winery.
Muscadet representation at Wine Paris and the world is growing
The Loire Valley region is well known for producing the greatest wine to accompany seafood – Muscadet wines. Not only is Muscadet getting more attention from Wine Paris & Vinexpo importers, but more sophisticated restaurateurs are contacting us to find the perfect match for their menus.
Characteristics that fit all tastes
The reason for the popularity of Muscadet is that it is a wine that fits all tastes. Muscadet is a white wine made from the Melon de Bourgogne grape. The typicity of the wine is that Muscadet is light-bodied and dry, with a crisp and refreshing taste. It is known for its pleasant acidity, salinity and mineral notes. These characteristics go very well with seafood dishes.
Muscadet is often aged on its lees. To add complexity to the naturally easy-drinking wine, we age our Muscadet on its lees for longer periods. which gives the wine a distinct yeasty and creamy character.

At Domaine du Haut Bourg we produce still wines, gastronomic wines and sparkling wines. You will be able to taste the whole range of our wines at the event.
