OUR GRAPE VARIETIES
At our estate, you will find seven different grape varieties: Muscadet, Sauvignon, Grolleau Gris, Folle Blanche, Gamay, Merlot and Cabernet.
We produce single-variety wines and blends at the Domaine Haut Bourg.
Our wine range
Working with different grape varieties allows us to offer a range of different wines to our clients: still wines, gastronomic wines and sparkling wines.
We produce quality wines that can be consumed alone or with a more elaborate meal.
White wine
Our Muscadet is perfect to accompany seafood dishes, while our Grolleau Gris and Sauvignon go very well with fish dishes or as an aperitif.
Red Wine
If you are looking for alternatives, our red wine is perfect for an aperitif with cold cuts or lighter meat dishes.
If you prefer red meat, we recommend our Merlot or Cabernet. These red wines will go well with grilled meats, chicken roast or pork sauté.
Rosé wine
And for rosé lovers, we got what you need! Our Loire rosé wine is a great blend of the two worlds – perfect for the aperitif or for those who like a more thirst-quenching wine with their food.
